Most of the China photos have been enhanced with Adobe Photoshop. The pollution all over China was overwhelming. Below are typical examples of the original pictures with the thick smog just "hanging" over them.
Photos were hard to come by at Tienanmen Square - the square holds one million people - I think they were all there the same day I was !!
One World, One Dream is the slogan for the upcoming 2008 Summer Olympic Games
Beijing is the capital city of China - called the Heart of China. Tienanmen Square is called the Heart of the Heart. The city bustles with a population of 13 million; 2.5 million cars and 9 million bicycles. The city is 70 miles wide. Government tax on cars is down to 30% from the previous 200%.
